I am a Service Designer and Employee Experience Designer with a strong business-strategy and human-centered research focus. My aim is to understand the context of customer, add value to the business, and ensure the feasibility of the solutions.
As a service designer, I’ve also gained experience in project management and product ownership. In my view, these roles overlap significantly - it is all about fully understanding the context of the (potential) customer, as well as the backstage context (HR colleagues, IT processes, tool dependencies, business impact and prioritisation).

I focus on the company, inside and outside - from employee experience design to product strategies. It is all about understanding the internal or external customer, mapping the context and insights, and exploring solutions that bring the most value.
Customer-centric design and Design Thinking are the common thread.
A FACILITATOR I’m ,skilled in facilitating creative sessions, workshops, and trainings - from running Google Design Sprints to organizing and analyzing context mapping and co-design sessions. I enjoy exploring different creative-session formats and methods.

A CHANGE MANAGER I also bring experience in Change Management. I see it as key to the implementation, adoption, and scaling of new or improved services.
It’s important to engage with not only users, but also the employees who make the service happen. I first developed this expertise at Mixit, where I became familiar with change management and adoption strategies.
A LEAD At Swiss Marketplace Group (fka TX Markets), I had the great opportunity to grow and lead a team of five skilled UX Researchers. Being a coach is important to me - and after a six day leadership course, plenty of books and articles and nearly two years of leadership experience, I am excited to keep growing as a leader.
AN EXPLORATORY MULTI-HOBBYIST When I'm not working, you can probably find me in the gym, or at home baking bread (or at least trying to keep the sourdough alive), or outside hiking, running, or trying to find my way on my bike.
