I am a Service Designer / Employee Experience Designer with a strong business-strategy and human-centered research focus, and my aim is to involve and understand the context of customer, add value to the business, and ensure feasibility of the solutions.
As a service designer, I also gained experience in project management and product ownership. From my point of view, these roles overlap a lot: it is all about fully understanding the context of the (potential) customer, as well as the back stage context such as HR colleagues, IT-processes and product/tool dependencies, and business impact and prioritisation.

I focus on the company inside and outside - from employee experience design to product strategies. It is all about understanding the (internal or external) customer, mapping out the context and insights, and exploring solutions that bring most value to the customer.
The customer centric design or Design Thinking process is the common thread.
A FACILITATOR I am skilled in facilitating creative sessions, workshops, and trainings. For example, facilitating Google Design Sprints, or organising and analysing context mapping sessions and co-design sessions. I enjoy exploring different creative-session formats and methods, following the creative path on the right above (source), and with the basis of three phases see on the right (source).
A CHANGE MANAGER I also bring experience in Change Management. I believe that Change Management is a key element to the implementation, adoption, and scaling of new or improved services.
It is important to involve and engage with not only users, but also the employees who actually make the service happen. During my first job at Mixit, I became familiar with change management and adoption strategies.
A LEAD During my work at Swiss Marketplace Group (fka TX Markets), I had the great opportunity to grow and manage a team of five skilled UX Researchers. Being a coach is important to me. And after a six day leadership course, many books and articles and close to two years of leadership experience, I am excited to further explore leadership opportunities.
AN EXPLORATORY MULTI-HOBBYIST When I'm not working, you can probably find me in the gym, or at home baking bread (or at least trying to keep the sourdough alive), or outside hiking, running, or trying to find my way on my roller blades somewhere in some fields.
